The first time I called myself a 'Witch' was the most magical moment of my life.”- Margot Adler

Welcome Witches!

Thank you for clicking on this page and for wanting to get to know me a little better.

I’m Bethany, a devoted yoga teacher, enthusiastic yoga student, and practicing Witch from a small fishing village nestled along the coastline of wild Wales.

After finishing my Masters in 2018 and coming out of a difficult chapter, I felt burnout and constantly stuck in fight or flight. This burnout led to a deep depression. To counterbalance the medication and the counselling, my Mum recommend exploring a holistic route too and took me to a local yoga class…

I didn’t know what was happening, I couldn’t touch my toes or balance in any pose but what I remember most is spending the entire savasana crying - I not known peace like that in such a long, long time.

I became addicted and spent hours a week researching the philosophy of yoga, moving my body and of course, performing spells. In January, 2020 I was decided to undergo my first teacher training with no plans to actually teach but covid changed all of that.

I taught my fiends and family during lockdown and as soon as I was certified I taught a couple of classes a week in the local village’s hall. It was during the third lockdown in Wales that my husband suggested launching a YouTube as a way to continue teaching and stay on top of my anxiety. This endeavour wasn't just a distraction; it truly became a lifeline

In 2021, I opened up my in person studio here in Wales and then launched my online Magic Through Movement memberships in 2022, giving me the honour of sharing magic with countless kindred spirits worldwide.

My belief is that yoga isn't solely a physical practice; it's a gateway to our spiritual body and path. It's through yoga that we can delve deep within ourselves, connecting with the essence of our being and aligning with our spiritual journey.

The integration of these two ancient practices (yoga & witchcraft) is where I find my deepest sense of connection and purpose, and I'm honoured to share this space with you all.

See you on the mat soon,

Bethany X

The Familiars

  • Luna

You will often see in my YouTube videos, my gorgeous little soulmate Luna. Luna is a Bichon Frise x Schnauzer x Poodle, also known as a Schnoodle. She gained the nickname SproKEL after someone got her breed mixed up and tagged her in a post as ‘Nuno the Sprokel’ instead of ‘Luna the Schnoodle.’ After which Sprokel got stuck…

Luna loves barking at the Postman, chasing Ro, burying things, and going on adventures all around the UK!

If you happen to see some bad editing in my YouTube flows, it’s most likely due to the fact I’ve had to edit out her naughty behaviour.

  • Roanoke

This is delicious little Roanoke, the surprise that joined our Coven and Luna’s best friend. Ro joined the family after seeing a post on Facebook that someone didn’t want him… Which was a complete surprise to my husband when he came home after a week away with work!

Ro loves cuddles and kisses, climbing up the curtains, wrestling with Luna, and exploring the great outdoors!

Ro is named after one of the most famous historical conspiracy theory about the first colony to settle in America.
